The Challenge

Bella Cucina, a UK restaurant group, was losing bookings to missed calls during peak service hours. The front-of-house team could not handle reservations, menu enquiries, and walk-in guests simultaneously — and every missed call was a lost customer. They needed a solution that could handle inbound calls reliably, at any volume, without additional headcount.
