Problem Statement
A single AI model handling both text generation and visual output was producing diagrams and illustrations that were inconsistent in quality, style, and accuracy. Teachers were spending significant time manually editing visuals before using them. The business needed automated quality control that could bring visuals up to teaching standard without human intervention.
Proposed Solution & Architecture
- Multi-model pipeline: Claude Sonnet 3.7 (reasoning and description) → Nova Canvas (visual generation) → Nova Pro (quality review) → Titan Image Models (refinement)
- Automated quality assurance — Nova Pro evaluates every visual for clarity, completeness, label accuracy, and layout alignment
- Style consistency enforcement — Titan refinement ensures uniform resolution, sharpness, and visual language across all subjects and grade levels
- Full integration with existing SucceedU content engine — no disruption to existing text generation workflow
- Amazon Bedrock as the unified orchestration layer — no custom infrastructure for model management
AWS Services & Technologies
What We Delivered
- Designed the multi-model pipeline architecture on Amazon Bedrock — four models in sequence, each with a distinct, specialised role.
- Integrated Claude Sonnet 3.7 as the primary reasoning model — generating structured visual descriptions and educational scaffolding.
- Deployed Amazon Nova Canvas for diagram, chart, and illustration generation from the structured descriptions.
- Implemented Nova Pro as the automated quality review model — checking every visual against clarity, completeness, and curriculum alignment criteria.
- Added Titan Image Models as the refinement stage — standardising resolution, contrast, and style across all visual outputs.
- Integrated the full pipeline with the existing SucceedU content engine without disrupting existing text generation workflows.
Outcomes & Success Metrics
- Automated visual quality assurance operational — every diagram reviewed and refined before delivery to teachers.
- Curriculum-aligned diagrams consistently delivered at teaching standard — reduced manual editing requirement.
- Style consistency enforced across all subjects and grade levels — uniform visual language throughout the platform.
- Teacher adoption and trust improved — visuals require significantly less correction before use in class.
- Multi-model Bedrock pipeline operational and integrated with the existing content generation system.
